Visa-free Entry

We are pleased to inform you that citizens of 103 countries enjoy visa-free entry to the Sultanate of Oman for a period of 14 days. This means that travelers holding passports from these countries can enter Oman without the need for a visa. Whether you are visiting for business, tourism, or other purposes, Oman warmly welcomes you with open arms.

Tourist Visa

Khimji’s House of Travel can pre-arrange sponsored tourist visas for certain nationalities including the citizens of 103 countries listed on the above link. Please note that tourist visas are valid for single entry only and the services are chargeable.

Tourist Visa

• Short stay visa (10 days validity)
• Long stay visa (30 days validity)

Documents required

• Scanned color copy of passport (photo page and address page) with a minimum 180 days validity as on the date of arrival in Oman (jpeg or pdf format with a file size not exceeding 500kb)
• Recent passport size photograph in white or light blue background (png or jpeg format with a file size not exceeding 500kb)
• Copy of return flight tickets (pdf or word format with a file size not exceeding 500kb)

Terms & conditions

• Visa application charges are non-refundable.
• Visa approval is purely subject to the discretion of the immigration authorities.
• Visa processing time is approximately three official working days in Oman (Sundays-Thursdays).

Arrival Services

• Meet & Greet Services (includes the services of a dedicated representative on arrival, fast track immigration service, arrival lounge access with light refreshments, luggage assistance and drop-off until the receiving area outside the arrival gate)

Departure Services

• Meet & Greet Services (includes luggage assistance, usage of dedicated check-in counters, fast track immigration service, departure lounge access with buffet meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, waiting area, etc. for a maximum 3 hours before the scheduled departure time, and drop-off until the departure gate)

*Please note that meet & greet services are not inclusive of airport transfers. To book your airport transfers, kindly mark your interest and provide necessary details in the “private airport transfers” section after selecting your accommodation in the booking form.

*Please ensure you have your passport and return flight ticket readily available, as we kindly request information from them. Additionally, we will need these documents to be uploaded.

Delegates attending the RCOG World Congress 2024 can enjoy exclusive rates for private airport transfers during the conference dates and for 4 days before or after the event. Please note that transfers can be booked only to/from the official hotels and the services are chargeable.
